Hi, I’m Ashish! 👋
A human based somewhere on Earth. Curious by nature, builder by choice.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll find me:
- At meetups & startup events
- Writing about things I find interesting
- Making friends with street cats 🐾
Let’s Chat!
Got a cool startup idea? Want to debate ideas? Or just want to send me pictures of street cats? Drop me a line at vaghelaashish111@gmail.com — my inbox is always open. I promise I don’t bite (unless you steal my Chai). ☕
Work
I'm a software engineer with two years of experience building backend services on the JVM, along with the CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and monitoring that keep them running. I care about reliable releases, reproducible builds, and making life easier for the developers I work with.
Day to day I work with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot and Quarkus, plus GitHub Actions, Docker and Linux. I work best in remote teams, in the open, with plenty of autonomy.
